Bottle cleaner not received. It comes with an extra lid, but the original lid doesn't even come off, why would I slam another lid. Not worth the price

I like this bottle. It keeps my water cold. The only issue I have is the two lids that come with it. The original cover can only be removed if the plastic ring is cut off. It's hard plastic, not rubber. So you may have provided it in case the lid breaks. A hinged lid with a smaller drinking hole would also be nice. When you're drinking from a half-gallon pitcher, it's harder to drink on the go with a mouth that big.

This drinking bottle saves lives. I work at a patio restaurant where you need to stay hydrated and this water bottle does the trick. My water is always cold in it, I don't have to refill during a shift which is GREAT because the restaurant water tastes like crap, the handle makes it easy to carry and the fact that I know it costs gallons of water helps keep that in mind keeping track of how much I drink per day. I love this bottle and am glad I invested in it. Thanks very much!

Where I currently live in the fog, Coronavirus I need help and it hurts when they bring me a cup of water every time I turn around. I chose this mug. I placed them in two large cups filled with ice and filled them with water. I'm ready for the night Works without insulation, but better with it. It turns out fantastic! I'm glad I bought it. I only wish I had bought it sooner. It's not a Yeti, but works just as well for a third of the price!

This cap is stainless steel on the inside, just like my Kleen Kanteen but much easier to unscrew. They fill in cold water or add ice (weird taste, not worth it). Once it's empty I fill it with water from a 40 ounce single wall wedge can that was in the fridge and fill the rest at room temperature. The bottle itself is good and seems very strong. The cover is fairly light and will help scratch the bottle, but is unlikely to stop a dent. The problems I'm having (and seeing from other posts) are the lack of included parts. Build quality overall 7/10. My main problem is that the second lid is bent out of the box. In my specific case, it shouldn't affect performance (I haven't used it yet). This isn't the cheapest bottle of water. I expect everything to be delivered undamaged. A dent can easily become severe enough to warrant sealing.
