Build quality overall 7/10. My main problem is that the second lid is bent out of the box. In my specific case, it shouldn't affect performance (I haven't used it yet). This isn't the cheapest bottle of water. I expect everything to be delivered undamaged. A dent can easily become severe enough to warrant sealing. I'm not sure what's causing this in production, but if it had been in slightly worse condition it probably wouldn't have let the lid sit flush to screw and close. You may not be as unlucky as I am, but remember that it is entirely possible (perhaps even likely) to receive a damaged item. The quality department at the factory, if there is one, skips these things. Unstable processing is unacceptable in my opinion. There are people who have received perfect units and have been provided with great reviews. You may or may not be one of those people.
