I use it every day for mint and oregano tea (fresh leaves from the garden). Things I like: 1. I can easily see the hue of my tea to see if it needs steeping longer, 2. The lid helps retain heat while the tea steeps, 3. Aesthetically pleasing, 4. My pen has a chip in it and they replaced it very quickly. Things I don't like: 1. You can only touch it when it's hot (I still prefer glass so I don't compromise), 2. Once it's up to temperature you want to drink it warm. doesn't linger very long. I would definitely recommend this product if you are trying to stay away from things that might end up in your drinks.
