The tool is easy enough for anyone who uses it once or twice can use without any help from support staff! Not only do they offer an amazing suite of tools but also great training material as well (which I found very helpful). Their customer service has been excellent so far; however my experience was limited since this product came out fairly recently. Definitely worth giving them try if you're looking at some kind of data analysis software - especially one designed specifically around your needs/business model rather than generic analytics packages like other companies provide.
