Junk network adapter

The dongle comes with an installation disk, but I don't have a floppy drive. It's ok, go to their website, install the drivers completely and follow the brief instructions. The device keeps disconnecting on its own and can't be identified, then reconnects to my PC, then disconnects again. This happens about every 5-10 seconds. Absolutely useless
