Bought in December 2020 and put into use in January 2021. Beautiful and I was happy, but not for long. In just a few months, the marble ring detached from the piece that was glued to my phone case after I removed it from the car's magnetic mount. I can no longer use it on the mount as the adhesive isn't strong enough to hold it on my phone. I threw away the money, now I have to look for a new one. I also tried calling support and got the wrong number. Strange.
