A Disappointing Experience with GOERTI: Low-Quality Products and Unsatisfactory Service to Customers

Recently, I made a purchase from GOERTI, an e-commerce platform that markets itself as being able to provide beauty and personal care items of superior quality at competitive pricing. On the other hand, my interactions with the company were not in the least bit satisfying. To begin, the things that I was sent were of low quality and did not live up to my expectations in any way. The makeup brushes that I bought had loose bristles and gave my skin an itchy feeling when I used them. The items for beauty and personal care were equally disappointing and did not deliver the results that were promised. The quality of what I had purchased was much lower than I had expected it to be. The poor quality of GOERTI's customer service was another another source of my unhappiness with the company. The company's response to my worries about the bad quality of the products was sluggish and unhelpful when I attempted to contact them about my complaints. They did not provide any answers or possibilities for a refund or exchange, therefore I was forced to keep the things in my possession despite the fact that I was unable to make use of them. In general, I am unable to recommend GOERTI to anyone looking for high-quality products in the categories of beauty and personal care. My interactions with the company were underwhelming, and the subpar quality of their customer support just served to heighten my sense of annoyance. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else.
