The ability to provide immediate responses with AI powered automated replies which saves time in addressing our users queries as soon as possible and allows me focus on core work.The user interface can be improved and I wish it had some advanced features such us scheduling emails or reminders (e.g. reminding about account maintenance date to my manager). It provides me fast response, easy access from anywhere anytime via WebApp and easy customization to suite my workflow needs. The interface is very user-friendly. I like that you can set the priority of tickets (from simple to complex) in order to assign them to agents. It can also be used as an online ticketing system. I don’t have any complaints. I would recommend it. If you want to scale your support easily without losing quality, this is the right product for you. It has been very beneficial in terms of scalability, as it helps us to handle more tickets.
