Great tool when dealing customer service

The ability to provide immediate responses with AI powered automated replies which saves time in addressing our users queries as soon as possible and allows me focus on core work.The user interface can be improved and I wish it had some advanced features such us scheduling emails or reminders (e.g. reminding about account maintenance date to my manager). It provides me fast response, easy access from anywhere anytime via WebApp and easy customization to suite my workflow needs. The interface is

Best support for your ticketing needs

The most amazing thing about this software was how easy it made ticket management! I honestly didn't expect much from any other product but when i started using agathat my expectations were exceeded with ease!! As soon as we got our first few users onboarded they loved their new system so quickly there wasn'e anything else needed at all. We had no issues or complaints in regards too many people logging into one account which can be difficult if not impossible sometimes especially during peak…
