Review on Agatha by Forethought by Nathan Tsugawa

The most amazing thing about this software was how easy it made ticket management! I honestly didn't expect much from any other product but when i started using agathat my expectations were exceeded with ease!! As soon as we got our first few users onboarded they loved their new system so quickly there wasn'e anything else needed at all. We had no issues or complaints in regards too many people logging into one account which can be difficult if not impossible sometimes especially during peak hours etc.. It's been very smooth sailing ever since then thanks guys. !
