Review on 🚰 Zurn Wilkins NR3XL Pressure Reducing Valve - 3/4" with Double Union FNPT Connection by Mike Bonilla

My other Wilkins relief valve has been used for so long it is now a different model but looks the same. After 16 years the old one, installed by a plumber and costing many dollars, failed. The pressure here is 120-150 when, among other things, water heaters and softeners blow uncontrollably. I noticed the mine was out of order when a hot water tank ruptured. I figured I would do it myself because of the pandemic and don't work. I pulled the other one out and put it back where the old one was with the new connections. It was easy. I had to call Zurn to make sure I was ordering the correct item, they were very accommodating on the phone and I didn't have to wait long to speak to anyone. Saved a lot of money since I installed it myself. I have a fair amount of knowledge on how to do it myself, but I'm by no means an expert.
