I really like that we were able use our existing system so it wasn't an entirely new process for us! The customer service is great as well - always available via email or phone when needed which makes things easier in cases where you need help with something specific (e-mail support). Our account manager has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole transition period of being fully integrated within Salesforce CRM vs using external tools such as Navicat/NetSuite etc.. There are some additional modules out there now but if they don’t match what your current needs require then going through another integration can be more costly than just staying put initially by having someone onboard who knows how everything works already :) We haven‘ t noticed any downsides yet from switching over completely though would definitely say do research before making final decisions about implementation options!!
