I received a Chinese counterfeit. I figured some of the other negative reviews were either an accident or the problem was fixed. The image shown has a nice chrome finish, nice rounded edges and no sharp protrusions. The collar I received has very sharp, poorly trimmed, totally open ends, sharp as a pin in places. Stamped metal parts also have very sharp edges. I wasn't able to inspect it thoroughly before using it and my dog cut his neck. This is totally unacceptable, not only because the product is dangerous to my dog, but because it is clearly not a sprinkler, I have a genuine product for my other dog. The real one says HS-GERMANY on the round ring, this one has nothing on the round ring. I will be contacting Revain directly regarding this scam and breach and Sprenger as I have to assume they do not want their reputation to be tarnished by this poor quality and dangerous product. I will add 3 photos of the bad product plus a photo of the real deal I already had.
