I received a Chinese counterfeit. I figured some of the other negative reviews were either an accident or the problem was fixed. The image shown has a nice chrome finish, nice rounded edges and no sharp protrusions. The collar I received has very sharp, poorly trimmed, totally open ends, sharp as a pin in places.
