When my old phone broke (my 6 month old daughter threw it on the tile floor) I decided to look for a cheap alternative (just in case it's the same again is) . This phone works great EXCEPT for one major problem - my video calls just won't connect. This is a big problem for me as my husband has been away for months and is therefore able to see and speak to our daughter. At first I thought my internet connection was the problem but all other phones work fine with video calling, also I called the internet company who came and checked the connection. If you don't usually make video calls this phone is great, but if you use it frequently I wouldn't recommend it.
