Disappointed: Mobile phones

I can't do anything on this phone other than listen to music. It's only a 2G-enabled phone and everything moves and loads terribly slowly. I am very disappointed 😞☹️

FALSE ADVERTISING is good for cell phones

Cell phone is good but not good for me. It's advertised to fit a nano sim but mine doesn't fit (my sim is too small for some reason even though nano is the smallest size) and it doesn't recognize it at all. I also have LTE and my phone provider says it works on 3g but it still doesn't get it. I am extremely disappointed. The phone is also so slow that I can't even use Facebook Messenger. This is an overall terrible phone that is misleading and falsely advertised.

Doesn't work for video calls

When my old phone broke (my 6 month old daughter threw it on the tile floor) I decided to look for a cheap alternative (just in case it's the same again is) . This phone works great EXCEPT for one major problem - my video calls just won't connect. This is a big problem for me as my husband has been away for months and is therefore able to see and speak to our daughter.
