LOVE the quality and versatility of this jacket. The cuffs are tightened with Velcro and an elastic tongue and are snug to keep air out. The cuffs on the sleeves ensure a snug fit. The collar is pleasantly softly lined so that it does not rub on the skin. Vents are always handy, and this one has handy vents on the front. The rear vents should be done without a jacket or with the help of a good partner if I'm wearing one and need to adjust it. Great versatile women's jacket!
