Beck-Arnley 104-1097 Engine / Lower Suspension

Beck-Arnley 104-1097 to fit DC4 Acura Integra (1994-2001) with AUTOMATIC transmission. This part replaces Honda part number 50842-ST0-N81. This part is NOT for manual transmission. The front motor mounts/torque mounts are NOT interchangeable as the frame has a spot welded eyelet on the frame on automatic transmission vehicles. I've tried replacing the mounts with heavier MT mounts but they won't fit without sanding the frame bumps. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd version of this part as it is thicker and heavier than shown in the picture. Instructions are available in Sean's review or in this part number's review on Advance Auto. If you haven't already, check the other (2) torque arms (rear and passenger side) for dry rot - if they're all the same age, they're probably all in the same condition. Other thoughts: My Beck mount had a Honda part number stamped on it without the Honda logo (50842-SR3-030). It's potentially safe to assume this part came from the original Honda supplier, otherwise Beck makes it easy to find replacement parts. Raising/lowering the engine is also not required for the other two torque arms (104-1109 and 104-1115). Thanks to the thicker firmware I found this Beck mount (1097) to be quite stiff and held the motor in place (2nd/3rd version of the part). If you still don't find it stiff enough, clean with alcohol and apply 3M Urethane Window Adhesive (08609) to the gaps in the lower torque mounts. Allow 24 hours to cure before installation. I would install it and ride it for a few weeks before considering adding urethane. Much luck! 1997 Acura Integra LS/SEEibach Pro springs, Skunk2 arms, Energy poly bushings and all Honda/Beck. If you buy cheap, that's all the retailers are selling and both you and your car will suffer. Seriously. If you don't want to pay for a Honda OEM, please choose the *highest* quality replacement you can afford - your car and your passengers will thank you.]
