I received two caps, both sealed in plastic bags with instructions. When I opened the first connector I saw that the bottom was at a 45 degree angle. Corner; not above as shown in the product photo. I then rotated the connector section (bottom and two flat blades) to see if the bottom could be on top (as shown), which is what I wanted.
