My African pygmy hedgehog didn't eat his regular cat food and I noticed that he lost some weight so I decided to try this food. As soon as I put him in the cage he started eating. He seems to love it. I'm a little confused by all this information - some say it's best for them, others say it's for hedgehogs and not pet friendly. I do not know!?! I will say he seems to have more frequent and soft poo when he eats this so I started mixing it with quality cat food to diversify it.
