I am leaving this product review to reassure those who are hesitant to purchase this product. I thought about buying this unit for weeks after reading numerous reviews about it being smelly, difficult to assemble and cheap to make. 1 is a beast. Well built, durable, easy to move across different surfaces and yes, EASY TO ASSEMBLE.2 - No need to buy any other equipment. The supplied device works perfectly! I now consider myself average or below average mechanically gifted. IE: I usually pay a hardware store to assemble this for me. But the price was attractive to me as the local Lowe's wanted $119 for a comparable model. tools I have used. Battery powered electric drill/screwdriver. 1 regular screwdriver. Pliers with needles. Big pliers. 2 inch head for everyone else. I started by separating all the parts and leaving the equipment in the container. You just start at #1 and work your way up through the packaging. Then I connect all the parts freely. I then took my electric drill, attached a power extension, 1/2" female, and pulled it out of the end of the nut. I held the bolt with a regular screwdriver and tightened the nut. It's that simple. Now the wheels ( see photo). Put on the washer, then the wheel, insert the pin and bend each end of the pin. Put on the handle and I didn't have a big enough socket so I just used a large pair of pliers and pulled them assembly took 30 minutes from the moment it was unpacked to be done. I am very happy with this product and strongly advise against buying it! Oh, and the smell. It smelled like new tires but nothing more than a warehouse.
