I really love these drapes. I was sprucing up our guestroom for company. Needed to cool down the temperature since the windows face west and it's always hot in there. Although one review stated that these were merely room-darkening and didn't really block out all the light, I took a chance because the product description promised otherwise. Also, the price was very affordable, they are made of good quality fabric, and the navy blue color matched the bed spread perfectly.They arrived within 2 days. Took no time at all to install them thanks to the grommets.Low and behold they made the lightest room in our house look like nighttime. The temperature's 10 to 15 degrees cooler. And our weary guests were easily able to nap midday after the long journey to our house.Funny thing is that they darken the room better than our more expensive master bedroom block out drapes.I will probably buy these again for our den.
