Review on Dorman 42025 Spark Plug Thread Repair Kit: Restoring Ford/Lincoln Models Efficiently by Calvin Hodges

I used to think Dorman would sell a decent product but after trying to install this cheap repair I wasted 8 hours in a headache! I installed the base in the head and plugged in the spark plug. As soon as I took the candle out by hand, the top part of the insert broke off! I had to drill out the broken part, cut a hole for the spark plug and install a healing coil. What should I have done first! Thanks Dorman for the crappy product and looking forward to my Sunday.
