First of all, J-Tech Digital's products are amazing. We purchased TWO WEX310 units to provide separate signals to two projectors mounted 25 feet high on the ceiling of a commercial building. A contractor came in, installed the units and a few days later, after many troubleshooting and technical calls, we discovered that Revain had sent two completely different units to the ones we had ordered. Everything was correct on paper, invoice, delivery, but completely different units were sent. Now we have to pay our contractor again to fix this. Again, nothing bad to say about J-Tech as their products work and are amazing. It was a complete failure for Revain. If you have ordered them, make sure they are WEX310 units if you intend to use more than one transceiver system in your installation. Because if you accidentally received 1x2 models, you can never add more systems to your installation.
