I removed the red Caldo tag, trimmed the excess threads and embroidered with light cream yarn as a gift for my house friend. He always says he's "just a home cook." The canvas on the apron is thick (not as thick as William Sonoma's aprons for comparison) but still thick enough to protect against hot oil splatters/other hazards my house friend might face when working in the kitchen around to conceive his future child. - Sugar Mom is happy when she comes home from work. I hope this gift will serve as the first catalyst for my family friend to become a home husband. Maybe then I can improve my 5-star rating to 6-star. For the price you pay this is great quality.
