Of all the yoga tune up balls, these are my favorites. I highly recommend buying Twins with a small pocket instead of an Alpha ball. I don't even know why they sell the alpha ball individually, you have a lot more options with two than with one and buying the balls individually plus a small bag will end up costing you more than getting them all at once. However, one of the balls I received was already damaged when it arrived. I can use it, but it falls apart quickly. There is a crack in the rubber. I find that rather disappointing as the balls are so expensive that I expected good quality. But maybe it's just bad luck.
