Review on Marbrasse by David Grajales

I was eager to check out Marbrasse's online store because I frequently buy online and because they advertise excellent customer service and quick order processing. However, I'm very disappointed after my most recent encounter. First of all, the delivery of my purchase took longer than expected, and the store made no attempt to notify me of the delay. Multiple times I had to contact their customer service department, and each time I did, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers. Even worse, the wrong item was delivered with my order when it did eventually arrive. I contacted their customer support team right away, but they didn't get back to me for a few days, and even then, their solution wasn't satisfactory. They recommended that I keep the incorrect item and gave me a small discount on my subsequent purchases rather than offering to send me the right item. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Marbrasse's online shop. The answers from their customer service team were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not deliver on their promises of providing excellent customer service and swift order processing. To anyone seeking for a hassle-free online shopping experience, I would not suggest this store.
