I must have received a defective product. First I got 2 metal plates, one with glue and one without. Revain's description lists both metal plates with adhesive. Secondly, the device going to the air outlet will move DOWN when you add the phone. Not sure about other customers but I get crap. If I can remove the metal plate from the phone it will come back! Update 06/30/2019: Replacement order will follow shortly. It's worth a second try. My girlfriend loves it, no problem. At least I will get 1 metal plate with glue again, that will be 2. And will ensure better magnetic fixation.
