Review on π£ Sierra International 18-7713 Inline Fuel Filter - Perfect for Mercury 9.9/15 HP 4-Stroke Outboard Engines by Jim Worthington
Not up to the usual Sierra standard
I put it in as a replacement and it clogged right away. There might have been sludge in my tank but when I replaced it with a Yamaha filter there was no problem. I've used Sierra in the past with no problems. I would go with the Yamaha because of the price difference. In this case the Yamaha was cheaper but I wanted it in two days and there was a delay getting the OEM.
