Don't use it with Tate Labs Barfly 2.0 to install Garmin 705

I bought it to use with Tate Labs Barfly 2.0. It seemed to work great with my Garmin 705 at first, but after a few uses and some barfly fatigue, the barfly broke and my Garmin started going downhill at 30mph. I was never able to find my Garmin due to the uneven and grassy roadside terrain. I spoke to a Tate Labs rep and he said that the Barfly 2.0 should never be used with the Garmin 705 because during testing they saw glitches in this working together. So Tate Labs really isn't to blame. I wish I knew that on the front end. Conclusion: Do not use the SRAM adapter with Barfly 2.0. This might seem like a great solution at first, but in the long run you may very well end up without a Garmin like me.
