BAD SECOND UPDATE for wearables

UPDATED REVIEW 8/27/18 I can't give your product another good review because you dropped the ball on a very good product and here's why. 1. I've been on hold for 28 minutes and still have horrible music in the queue.2. It was very difficult to understand or even hear what your auto attendant was saying as the music was louder than the message.3. They seem to have ruled out the chat option, which I think worked really well and was certainly a lot better than no phone support. Questions I have such as B. Buying a watch that I can use to answer a call. And now it's been 48 minutes of waiting and still no sign of anyone being able to speak! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I only have a few watches. but i think i will like it very much. I've had a Gear watch for a few years now and here are my first impressions of the Pro and will update after a week of use. The instruction manual is very bad. The tiny book that came with the watch has almost no instructions on how to use or set the watch. It's the same on the internet, so I think a lot of people won't find enough details in the installation guide. It's also a very large watch and a bit heavy, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it to women. I'm also not sure if the watch will last a full day with normal use, but I spent a lot of time setting it up so it wouldn't be fair to judge battery life so quickly. And somehow I got stuck in the clock tutorial without realizing it and every time I clicked the screen button I got the install message and it took me a while to figure it out. This is a great looking watch and definitely a lot more watch than my Gear watch. UPDATE 8/12/18: I'm the kind of person who lives on the front line when it comes to testing new gadgets. I have a lot of experience with mobile phones, computers and watches. As for the new watch, I turned it on at 7am and by 2:30pm I had 94% battery left. One of the main reasons I bought this watch was that I couldn't spend a full day with my Gear 2, so it goes without saying that I'm very happy with the battery life of this watch. I set it up so that the secondary screen is on all the time and to turn on the watch face I just have to touch the screen. This is the setup that works for me. The watch is far superior to the Gear I had in every way. The text is much easier to read and the settings take a little getting used to, but once you get used to it it's a lot better than the Gear. My Gear had a bezel that you could rotate to see different settings and it was so hard to rotate that I stopped using it. All in all I can highly recommend this watch at the moment.
