Easy, badly done abs!
This press is ok but lighter than stated in the description. According to the description, he weighs 2 1/2 pounds. I weighed mine on a very accurate scale and it only weighs 1lb 10oz. Also, it's not flat. If I put that in a frying pan, I can spin it like a top. I think it's not a big problem since it will sit on top of the food. However, it takes a little longer to heat up because the entire surface is not in contact with the pan. If you're looking for strong, well-done abs, keep looking!
