My team has several meetings each week with 10-14 participants, most of whom call in only a few. Although the M2 speaker worked well, we switched to the M220 due to the greater bandwidth. For participants in the room, the sound quality from distant participants is clearer and their voice is not cut off as much when they first start speaking. Dialers report that they can hear people in the room more clearly, even when they're speaking softly (people forget who's on the phone and forget to speak up). Setup is easy and the Bluetooth connection is very useful. The speakers hold a long charge, but remember to charge each speaker separately (e.g. USB from PC to speaker 1 and then daisy chaining speaker 1 to speaker 2 will not charge speaker 2). It would also be helpful to have a slightly longer daisy chain cable. Overall I am very happy with the M220's speakers and they have made our many teleconferencing sessions more productive. When I first contacted the company to inquire about a more capable system than the M2, I received prompt replies and helpful support.
