These Dentek dental floss "Complete Clean for Back Teeth" are THE BEST! My adult teeth were incredibly crooked and misaligned before I got adult braces and I haven't used my retainers long enough for them to be far from straight. This means my teeth are too close together in many places and too far apart in others. These thread sticks take care of both tight and oversized spaces equally well. I use both ends, a thread in a small holder in front and a plastic brush at the end of the pick. With dental floss and brush I have two tools in one. A plastic brush works better for me than GUM medium wire brushes and gives me extra security that I'm not accidentally scratching dentin and enamel. Even though they cost me a little over 2 cents each, I still wash them and soak them in pure white vinegar to prolong their life. They last amazingly long.
