The head of this floss is curved and I have a hard time maneuvering it across my narrow palate and clenched teeth. Figuring out how to guide the thread takes longer and has less cleaning effect in the end. And it takes two to four of them to use brushes between teeth because they are too soft. It's fair to say that using one per quadrant is the best way to feel like flossing, which means using eight a day. While I am a fan of DenTek dental floss I will not be purchasing this style again.

Here are the ones I like. I don't understand how anyone can use flat (hard to reach). I used to buy them from Target until they switched to the Glide brand because of the comfy style and they're not that good. They are more like a ribbon than a stiffer string. My glide kept breaking, but not this one. I also think they clean and strengthen my gums better - my gums became weaker and more sensitive when I flossed after using Glides. Dentec for everything!
