The most useful feature is that it can be used for many different purposes from managing your paper flow to keeping track of employee files. It also has an excellent reporting module which I have not found in any other product currently available. You cannot save templates or create custom reports as you would if using Microsoft Access or Open Office. This software was originally developed by Microsoft so perhaps this is why there are limitations when compared with these open source products. Our organization uses this software every day at work but only one person who knows how to use it effectively so we need more people to understand its features so employees will become familiarized with it and start to enjoy all its benefits. Manage our large amount of paper documentation without having to spend money on new equipment. The best part about this software is that it allows us to track our assets in an efficient way by using barcodes. It also provides us with great customer support which is very helpful when you need help or guidance. I dislike how slow it is and how clunky the UI is sometimes. The software does not provide any advantages over other asset tracking software out there. We use it for asset tracking and inventory control and we have been able to do so since we started using it.
