Filter NOTHING

Replaced the 3M filter with a filter of this brand. A brand new 3M filter picks up my TDS (total soluble solids) meter water between 120 and 50ppm. I measured my tap water before changing the filter and it was 125ppm. After installing this filter and running water for 5 minutes my meter reads 120ppm RTD No change?!?!? After a week of use, the readings are still unchanged, 123ppm at the time of review (2 weeks later). DO NOT BUY THIS FILTER. FILTER NOTHING. Spend an extra $10 on a legitimate 3M filter. They last 6 months plus anyway
