Bought this instead of a Blu-ray player for $300-$400. Apparently my fault. Despite being about 12 feet from a Wi-Fi device, this product CONSTANTLY loses the Wi-Fi signal, even though the cell phone next to it still has a full signal. The device freezes every day when trying to play streaming content or play Blu-ray, preventing you from switching to another menu. Even trying to eject the disc or turn off the device with the remote control or the button on the device itself does not work. To turn it off, it must be physically disconnected from the power source. If you accidentally or intentionally switch to the main menu of the device while playing a disc, you must restart the disc. Even our other much cheaper Blu-ray player (without Wi-Fi) can pick up where you left off on the disc, even if you play several other discs before returning to the first. Lesson learned.
