I only used three of the six packs because they broke in my mouth the first time I used them and I ended up with bristles and bits of plastic in my mouth. I am very dissatisfied with them, to say the least. I didn't bother to send them back, not sure if that would help. It was a waste of money and I have a steady income so it really upset me. It also took a very long time to get here and when I ordered them I was dying for new toothbrushes.
