First of all we got this desk to replace our daughter's outdated tablet. This is a great tray. There are no problems with the tablet. Lenovo has created an amazing product. Amazing storage, beautiful screen, fast processing, these are wonderful electronics. But Revain screwed it up by forcing his Alexa BS on him. The dock doesn't work at all. Pairing with the dock takes a few tries, and once paired, it doesn't break when you take your tablet out of the dock. So you have to remember to physically disconnect it in Bluetooth settings. We couldn't even get Alexa to work. We set up the application, trained the voice, checked all the settings and nothing. WORST PART? Although the tablet comes standard with the Google Assistant installed (and you can't remove it, just turn it off), as it's sold by Revain and rated "Alex-enabled" the Google Assistant is disabled and you can don't even use it. You'll get a message that Google Assistant isn't available on this device. I actually prefer my Google Assistant because I can stream to all Google connected devices from my phone. So to hell with this tablet, I just buy a new one direct from Lenovo and return this buggy, Alexa-blocked junk.
