Suitable for HOT laminate but has issues with COLD laminate

Upon opening these sheets, I immediately noticed directional arrows. I assumed this was just an extra sheet that needed to be removed, but then I found that this information disappears during the lamination process. Cool. My laminator does both hot and "cold" lamination. Cold lamination is still hot, but not as hot as normal hot lamination. The hot lamination went well except that some thin papers had some curls in the final product. This, too, was only possible with thin paper. The thickness reminds me of what you see in a school or a shop where hundreds of people have to work on a piece of paper. For most home projects, I prefer 3 mil as it feels better in the hand and seems to have less "ripple" issues on thinner paper. During cold lamination I noticed a problem with "disappearing" arrows and foil. It seems that the temperature is not high enough to remove all of the fading film. A lot of film has been removed, but enough remains to notice, especially under the right reflection. I suspect most people don't use the cold lamination feature, so this may not be an issue for many. I think the idea behind cold lamination is to use it for documents that are sensitive to higher temperatures. You have to decide if this is a deal breaker for you. While I find the arrows a nice feature, I don't really need them as I've never had problems with misplaced sheets.

Pros
