This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The collar was NEVER charged. The light never came on. In the box was a card with a phone number, so I called them instead of going back to Revane. It seems they replaced the whole set but they only sent a new charger - it took 4 weeks! At that point I had several other people trying to charge it but it never worked. The new one did absolutely nothing so I decided to investigate and opened it up. One of the connecting wires had snapped in half. I was supposed to go back to Revain at the beginning but it all fell apart at that point so I threw it away. laugh at us DO NOT BUY.
