My first induction torch was a Max Burton. I love it. Unfortunately, its lifespan was too short - about a year. Once you've used an induction hob, you won't want to cook on anything else. So I replaced it with NuWave Pro. It revolves around Max Burton, the Cadillac of induction burners. Temperature control is excellent and can be adjusted in 5 degree increments - temperature control on the Burton was good or not. With NuWave, food can be cooked to perfection without overcooking - there's a heat setting for almost everything. I've only been using NuWave for a few weeks. Assuming it lasts longer than the Max Burton, I'd recommend it!
