I'm new to watercolor by the way. For the price and quantity I wasn't expecting much. But I have to say that I am very satisfied. The photos I added were a test page, some wet on dry and some wet on wet. The watercolor on dry paper is very smooth and crisp. I will definitely buy this paper and use it for wet and dry painting in the future. Wet on wet is also smooth and crisp. However, as you can see on the back of the paper, it is slightly distorted. I used very little water on the stains tested. So I don't think it would be great for large, slow, wet-on-wet drawings. However, I have a feeling that small works and not staying long will still work well. My daughter also started drawing on it and it was smooth and buttery too. I would definitely use it for pencils, paints, markers and pens. Overall I'm very happy with what I got, especially as a beginner. I will order again.
