Review on OKLILI by Dennis Brinson

To put it mildly, my most recent interaction with the OKLILI online store was underwhelming. Despite having a nice range of products, their website is challenging to use and is missing crucial details like delivery costs and dates. I was unhappy to see that the printer I had ordered was not in good shape and had plainly been mishandled during delivery when I eventually received my order. They were unresponsive and useless when I sought to get in touch with their customer service department. Before I was able to find any kind of resolution, it took several tries and a lot of frustration. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest OKLILI to anyone searching for high-quality goods and attentive customer care.
