Pros: when it works, but only the ability to test ON/OFF functionality; I can't see the error message yet because the network connection is down again and a person has to go to the attic to press the network button. Find competent technology to install - Server fixes seem to be slow and frequent (coming from Korea) and the installed module could not be used for 2 months due to server problems. And the fixes aren't just clearly announced to users through sporadic app updates - the network connection drops randomly, requiring a button press on the device to reconnect (that's my main complaint, as the main reason for buying this device is there consists in avoiding boarding the attic to monitor the unit due to (due to material defects) - the cost does not justify the means; Spare parts plus installation approx. 700/800;; Now I have to get an extra Navien cable and a new socket, invest about $200 to work around the above problem, and jury is still out. or install a wall-mounted remote control instead, because if you turn off the tankless camera before you go on vacation, there is a very small chance that you will have to remotely control the device, rendering NaviLink useless. Navien needs to get better in its field. Support, communication with users and general training before selling an expensive quasi-solution. A short marketing ad sounds better than it actually is.
