I like how easy it was for my employees who could not have personal computers or access, even with VPNs! They were able to use their smart phones - which they preferred better than laptops/desktops since this allowed them freedom from having to carry both computer AND phone everywhere as well being easier when traveling (laptop would need charging before travel).

The fact we had so many people using our system at once made adding new features difficult without spending too much time implementing changes myself because there wasn't enough dedicated resources available within the organization. We are trying out something different now but may revert back if things do get worse again instead of improving over what already exists. Using PLS has helped us decrease paperwork by about 30% due mainly to ease of tracking tasks via mobile app vs paper-based methodologies previously used such as Excel spreadsheets where most reports still needed manual labor input afterwards.
