The ability to have all my MDGs in one place was very helpful when I had questions about how they related together or what changes were needed between them. It's easy enough that non techies can use it too! Easy integration into other systems like Paydiant/ERP system would be great if there are plans for this going forward. If you're looking for something simple but powerful then give SimpleMangage a try. We used to keep track of our various supplier contracts by creating separate spreadsheets which worked ok until we realised just how much easier things could be using these tools as well - not only did it make life sooo much simpler (and less typing) but also made merging info from multiple sources incredibly quick compared to having lots of little files scattered around.
