I've used this about 10 times. No matter what angle you hit, some coconuts will crumble before the tip comes out. I have to use a metal bowl to catch the juice as it's unpredictable. Hit it too lightly and it won't work. Hit it hard and your juice will run out. I punched the edge of the tool as instructed. Since it works half the time, half the stars. *EDIT 10/20/2020* I've added a second image showing the issue. The coconut splits completely open on the sides before the top part breaks open. This remedy has been used less than 15 times at home. The edge of the instrument appears sharp and has not been subjected to any violence.
