The toy corresponds to the illustration in all details and accents. We bought this for our four year old who has pretty good fine motor skills. During the first game, one of the monkey's arms came off. which means he cannot hang on vines. so we were sad about it. Another issue we had with the toy is that when you use the gears with the handles, the gears spin and move. Equipment likes to pop out. My son was very frustrated after taking the time to set it up that he could do a few turns and then have to put the gear and knob back in place.
